The Sales Operations Coordinator is tasked with facilitating communication between external partners and the internal workings of the organization. This position will manage lead conversion, pricing proposals, and the oversight of sales pipelines, while ensuring robust interaction with Regional Sales Managers and dealer associates.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator is instrumental in refining the sales process to guarantee steady revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact between RSMs, dealers, and clients to improve clarity regarding Factory operations.
- Maintain an understanding of dealer stock levels, sales performance, and inventory recommendations.
- Oversee opportunity pipelines within the CRM system to enhance conversion rates.
- Provide insights on market dynamics and customer preferences to management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
- Offer technical assistance to dealers and end-users.
Additional Duties:
- Engage in sales discussions with confidence.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of products and their applications.
- Generate and follow up on pricing proposals.
- Manage lead and pipeline activities effectively.
- Facilitate dealer engagement and ensure CRM data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years in sales or account management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- A background in industrial or heavy equipment distribution is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
