Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to support our E-Commerce Department. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily functions of our online sales operations.

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation: $18.52 - $19.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • List products for sale on various platforms.
  • Capture high-quality images of merchandise using a digital camera.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
  • Move packages to the designated shipping area.
  • Generate and affix shipping labels to outgoing packages.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Assist customers with the process of in-store pickups.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must pass a clean criminal background check.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in online sales is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is essential for navigating websites and responding to customers.
  • Willingness to learn basic computer skills, including MS Word and website navigation.
