Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce site, including updating category and product pages, conducting site checks, and monitoring out-of-stock items.
  • Content Creation: Create new website page content for new products and US-based brands, and optimize the site experience through various channels.
  • Project Management: Work with agency resources to improve SEO, implement GA and Meta tracking, and drive projects with GBS and OD (UX development, content optimization, bug management).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website analytics insights from GA and prepare monthly reports to inform business decisions.
  • Email Strategy: Optimize the email strategy, including segmentation, acquisition, and retention, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Paid Media: Oversee paid media budget and allocation (Google/paid social) to maximize ROI and drive sales.
  • Vendor Management: Manage ecommerce vendor relationships (Narvar, Klaviyo, Reviews.IO, Google) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Site Migration: Collaborate with global teams to develop the brief for the new site and manage the US agency in launch planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field preferred; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' ecommerce/digital marketing experience, focused on ecommerce and CRM, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Certifications: Google Analytics Certification, Magento / Shopify certification, and basic coding knowledge for creating pages and content.
  • Skills: Exceptional computer skills, including Power-point, Excel, and experience with web analytics tools and digital metrics/tableau reporting.
