Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at LendingBear. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and have a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand loyalty
  • Servicing existing customers in a superior fashion to achieve repeat business and referrals
  • Drive increases in loan/pawn production, money under management, pawn loans outstanding, gross and net merchandise sales, gross revenue, and net revenue
  • Carefully manage store expenses to achieve increasing net income
  • Engage in and supervise others in the collection of delinquent accounts to retain past due customers and minimize write-offs

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old and eligible to work in the USA
  • Able to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check, reference check, and drug test
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required; schedules may be changed as needed to accommodate business needs
  • Overtime may be required
  • Must meet all applicable state and local regulatory requirements
