Job Summary:
The Strategic Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and innovation. This role requires exceptional leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders* Identify and leverage industry trends, technologies, and innovations to stay ahead of the competition* Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new business and partnerships* Analyze market data and trends to inform business development strategies and improve sales performance* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends in disability services* Travel regularly to meet with clients, partners, and industry experts* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress and sales performance* Manage and coordinate business development projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery and high quality results* Stay current with company policies and procedures related to business development and customer service* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $105,310 - $172,210 annually, based on industry standards and market conditions.
