About the Job:

We are seeking an Executive Business Development Manager to join our team in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Present and negotiate pricing proposals to secure new business agreements and update contract documents
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and account management with a focus on Fintech Sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
  • A range of benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance
