Responsibilities- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Purchase orders data entry (ERP system, Epicor) - Production material inventory for purchases

- Prepare Expense report from managers in Concur

- Support EHS and HR as needed
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
