Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team at an interim housing shelter site in San Jose. This contract opportunity will be 100% onsite, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support to program participants, including checking them in/out, ensuring paperwork is completed, and performing administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist program participants with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
  • Work effectively with vulnerable populations, including those experiencing mental health and substance abuse issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative/clerical position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations

Benefits:
