Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our team in Miami. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating relocation services for new employees and their families, managing office operations, and organizing company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate relocation services, including travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for new employees and their families.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in relocation, office management, or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
