Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Paper Street Media, LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and handling internal and external correspondence, as well as providing clerical and administrative support to our leadership team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating office activities and managing calendars
- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining a filing system and supplies inventory
- Maintaining the office reception area, kitchen/break room, and conference room
- Providing general support to visitors and liaising with executive and senior administrative staff
Requirements include:
- Proficient English language skills, with Spanish speaking a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and Google Docs
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
