Job Title: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and tracking project timelines.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external service providers, facilitating communication between departments.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
