Position Overview

LaBine and Associates is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Engineer with substantial experience in early-stage ventures and a robust background in managing enterprise client partnerships. This position focuses on the onboarding of new clients, sustaining ongoing relationships, and ensuring the client's perspective is represented within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the initial setup and integration of our technical B2B software solutions for new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with approximately 40 enterprise clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs and feedback within the organization.
  • Regular Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Process Innovation: Develop and refine customer success processes from inception to improve the overall client experience.
  • Client Support: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven success in a client-facing role within organizations that provide technical B2B software solutions.
  • Startup Background: Practical experience in early-stage companies, from seed funding to Series C stages (fewer than 200 employees).
  • Enterprise Management: Extensive experience in managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Consistent Employment History: Demonstrated stability with no more than one or two brief tenures in the last five years.
  • Industry Recognition: Experience with reputable or well-known companies in the sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Background: A background or degree in a technical field is advantageous.
  • Relevant Education: Educational qualifications in a technical discipline are preferred.
