Job Overview

Join BNF Technologies as a key contributor in our initiative to enhance and modernize the Records and Information Management (RIM) framework. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to implement effective processes that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify strategic enhancements to RIM initiatives, conducting thorough evaluations and offering practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute successful methodologies to refine records classification, retention strategies, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Formulate and enforce records management guidelines that comply with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and insights to stakeholders on the significance of robust Records and Information Management (RIM) practices and their influence on organizational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in records management within federal entities, focusing on contract management and program enhancement.
  • Proficient in evaluating electronic records management systems.
  • Familiarity with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and Universal Electronic Records Management (ERM) standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in applying records management principles to essential functions such as physical and electronic information management, retention/disposition, and training.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of consulting experience in RIM, particularly in implementing Microsoft Purview/Records Management or similar solutions.
