Job Description

As a Senior Sales Broker, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from our established database, helping clients find the solutions they need while maximizing your earning potential. You will make 300+ outbound calls daily to engage with potential clients, qualify, transfer, and follow-up with prospects looking to purchase precious metals, build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and exceed targets, participate in sales contests that foster a competitive spirit and encourage high performance, and achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize earnings potential.

  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
