Sales Position DescriptionAt Oscar Health, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Texas. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through strategic sales channel management and innovative sales approaches. A licensed insurance professional is essential for this position.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and GAs
  • Provide training and support to brokers and GAs on Oscar's products
  • Participate in local events and networking sessions to promote Oscar's brand
