  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and coaching of staff to meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with weekly forecasts and adjust staffing hours as necessary.
  • Act on KPI reports provided by the service office as required.
  • Adhere to agreed service level agreements and discuss any additional activities in advance.
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Strong time management and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond swiftly to unexpected challenges.
  • Mentorship capabilities with a professional and approachable demeanor.
