- Conduct necessary HR functions and investigations related to quality, workmanship, accidents, and incidents.
- Demonstrate value by identifying cost-saving opportunities, enhancing efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform audits at designated locations to verify adherence to company safety systems and protocols.
- Maintain flexibility in responsibilities, adapting to changes in site or staff assignments as directed by management.
- Manage time effectively and communicate any workload challenges to your supervisor.
- Support the development of customer relationships through participation in audits and meetings.
- Collaborate with site and mobile supervisors to ensure staff utilize company systems accurately and promptly.
- Address customer complaints and ensure staff compliance with safe working procedures.
- Oversee the scheduling, training, and coaching of staff to meet contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with weekly forecasts and adjust staffing hours as necessary.
- Act on KPI reports provided by the service office as required.
- Adhere to agreed service level agreements and discuss any additional activities in advance.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Strong time management and communication abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond swiftly to unexpected challenges.
- Mentorship capabilities with a professional and approachable demeanor.
