**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail processing.
  • Assist in managing QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, estimates, and transactions.
  • Provide support with client retention strategies, including follow-ups and care packages.
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary to support the smooth operation of our business.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our clients and team members.
  • Developed leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building and development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to be organized.
  • Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer system knowledge, including proficiency with Windows 10+ and/or MAC OS.
  • Physical ability to occasionally move and handle boxes (35lbx - 50lbs or more) as necessary to operation.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software.
  • Experience with customer service, phone systems, and secretarial duties.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Docs.
