**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
- Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail processing.
- Assist in managing QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, estimates, and transactions.
- Provide support with client retention strategies, including follow-ups and care packages.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary to support the smooth operation of our business.
**Requirements:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our clients and team members.
- Developed leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building and development.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to be organized.
- Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer system knowledge, including proficiency with Windows 10+ and/or MAC OS.
- Physical ability to occasionally move and handle boxes (35lbx - 50lbs or more) as necessary to operation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software.
- Experience with customer service, phone systems, and secretarial duties.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Docs.
