Job SummaryThe Sales Key Account Manager will be responsible for expanding and overseeing sales activities in the designated area by identifying and pursuing potential opportunities that Radici can effectively support at a profitable level. The primary objective is to achieve a 20% annual growth in sales volume (based on territory size) by acquiring new customers, with a specific focus on metal to plastic applications, OEM Development, Extrusion/Unfilled, Long glass, and Radiflam opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Engage daily with customers in the assigned region;
- Collaborate with Customer Service regarding inquiries, orders, and returns;
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers;
- Regularly complete and upload "Visit Reports" on Siebel (CRM);
- Lead new business development initiatives;
- Evaluate all potential opportunities and provide necessary documentation in Siebel (Market intel, project details);
- Maintain territory programs in Siebel (CRM), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
- Follow up on customer-trialed samples;
- Support technical service calls and visits;
- Serve as the main contact for customer complaints or issues;
- Present price quotes and changes to customers;
- Handle Change of Business documentation for new or existing business adjustments.
- Degree in sales/marketing, plastics engineering, or chemical engineering preferred;
- Experience in engineered resin sales desirable; selling background in plastics molder, compounder, or extrusion industries preferred;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Typical office/home office setting with occasional ~50% travel as needed.
