Sales Account Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at White Ash Group, Inc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding relationships with existing partners in the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly market plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, including pricing negotiations, marketing initiatives, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales trends and store inventory to inform purchasing decisions and ensure zero stock-outs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prioritizing pipeline meetings and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including finance, inventory, and distribution, to ensure proper planning and execution.
  • Provide internal feedback on marketing assets, competitors, and innovation to the team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the local cannabis or alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Business Central preferred.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
