Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at US Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, services, and solutions to potential customers through partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to potential customers through partner programs.
  • Generate new account revenue in line with targets and quotas.
  • Identify key targets and gain alignment with senior sales leadership.
  • Track and monitor pipeline and business development opportunities.
  • Drive organizational alignment and resources to support on-boarding of customers.
  • Assist in training and embracing the sales process and techniques for partner programs.
  • Be an expert in the value propositions of key partners to support the selling process.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales training programs and recommend enhancements to ensure effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of sales objectives and strategies with senior sales leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 7 years of success in new business development or increasing penetration of existing accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in an office or remote home office environment.
