Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial organizations, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Main Responsibilities
Business Development: Expand the company's footprint by identifying new business opportunities within the large commercial segment.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and internal teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product development to deliver exceptional service.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using our CRM.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in outside sales, focusing on large commercial accounts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision makers.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
An entrepreneurial mindset with independence and adaptability.
