Large Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Large Account Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth within our large commercial accounts.
About the Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in high-level B2B sales and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver exceptional service.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts using our CRM.
- 7+ years of experience in outside sales, with a focus on large commercial accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- $80,000 - $120,000 annual base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
