Commercial Sales Professional Wanted:

We are seeking a Large Account Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth within our large commercial accounts.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in high-level B2B sales and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts using our CRM.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in outside sales, with a focus on large commercial accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • $80,000 - $120,000 annual base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
