Top Commercial Sales Representative

Solar On Earth is seeking a Top Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth within our large commercial accounts.
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in high-level B2B sales. As a Senior Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the large commercial segment to expand the company's footprint.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver exceptional service.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts using our CRM.
- 7+ years of experience in outside sales, with a focus on large commercial accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with independence and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
- $80,000 - $120,000 annual base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
