Account Management Specialist

This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of Commercial Lines Account Management or support experience and hold a valid Property & Casualty License. Primary Responsibilities
- Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
- Supporting in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
