About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Machinist (CNC/Grinder) to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex CNC machine tools to produce high-quality parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machine tools, including cylindrical and surface grinders, CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to manufacture complex parts and equipment.
  • Work with a variety of hand tools and inspection tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and optimize asset utilization.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of continuous work experience in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts.
  • Related technical diploma and/or 3+ years of experience working with CNC machine tools.
  • Working knowledge of CAM software and ability to read/interpret G-Code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
