Position Summary

As a key representative of Core Realty Holdings Management, you will play a vital role in enhancing the company's net operating income through exceptional customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include optimizing market rents and ensuring high occupancy rates by fostering positive relationships with residents, executing effective leasing strategies, and managing properties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, you will be accountable for meeting leasing, management, and administrative objectives as directed by the Regional Manager.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of financial targets and operate assets in the best interest of the owners, adhering to the Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Manage all essential administrative tasks related to the property.
  • Serve as a communication bridge for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiate necessary legal actions and prepare documents in compliance with state and company regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices to the corporate office, manage petty cash, and oversee all financial transactions.
  • Contribute to creating and sustaining a positive, engaging, and safe workplace.
  • Act as a role model for colleagues.
  • Oversee the implementation of leasing and marketing strategies to enhance property traffic and rental success.
  • Build and maintain referral networks to promote our properties.
  • Lead a cohesive team focused on increasing rental rates and fostering team development.
  • Train team members in Core Realty Holdings Management methodologies and resident retention strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of rent payments.
  • Complete all assigned tasks as directed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety equipment as required.
  • Participate in all required training sessions from the corporate office regarding Core Realty Holdings Management systems.
  • Make operational decisions that support occupancy goals, revenue growth, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of your role.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape to optimize rental pricing.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with colleagues, vendors, and residents to drive lease generation and retention.
  • Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and residents.
  • Exhibit independent decision-making skills to achieve desired outcomes and adapt to new challenges.

Essential Skills

Communication: High proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents, professional journals, and regulatory guidelines. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, clients, and the public.

Reasoning: Strong ability to identify problems, gather data, and draw logical conclusions.

Analytical: Intermediate skills in collecting relevant information to make sound decisions.

Administrative: Ability to plan, prioritize, and budget effectively to meet client satisfaction and company objectives.

Mathematical: Intermediate math skills for calculating figures and amounts.

Technical: Advanced proficiency in integrated computer systems and business-related software.

Decision-Making: Capable of making frequent decisions and planning complex tasks with established operational methods.

Work Environment: This role requires working in a standard office setting and outdoor conditions, with a moderate noise level.
