Job Overview

Position Summary

As a representative of Core Realty Holdings Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the net operating income through exceptional customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include optimizing market rents and ensuring high occupancy rates by fostering positive relationships with residents, effective leasing strategies, and diligent management of properties while adhering to established policies and procedures.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, achieve leasing, management, and administrative objectives as directed by the Regional Manager.
  • Understand financial targets and operate assets in alignment with the best interests of ownership in accordance with the Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Oversee all necessary administrative functions of the property.
  • Act as a liaison for both internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation and processes in compliance with state and company regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices to the corporate office, manage petty cash, and oversee all financial transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive, stimulating, and safe work environment.
  • Serve as a role model for colleagues.
  • Implement leasing and marketing strategies to maximize property traffic and rental success.
  • Build and nurture referral networks to promote our properties.
  • Foster team development to enhance rental income and overall performance.
  • Train team members in Core Realty Holdings Management methodologies and resident retention strategies.
  • Ensure timely rent collection.
  • Complete all assigned tasks as directed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety equipment as required.
  • Participate in all required training on Core Realty Holdings Management systems promptly.
  • Make operational decisions that support occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape to optimize rental pricing.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with coworkers, vendors, and residents to enhance leasing and revenue generation.
  • Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of prospects and residents.
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making capabilities and adapt to complex assignments.

Required Skills

Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, and regulatory guidelines. Proficient in presenting information and addressing questions from various stakeholders.

Reasoning Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Analytical Skills: Intermediate ability to collect relevant information and make logical decisions.

Administrative Skills: Competence in planning, prioritizing, and budgeting to meet client satisfaction and organizational goals.

Mathematical Skills: Intermediate math skills for calculating figures and amounts.

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in integrated computer systems and business-related software.

Decision-Making: Ability to make frequent decisions and manage complex tasks effectively.

Work Environment: The role requires working in a standard office setting and outdoor conditions with moderate noise levels.

Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license is mandatory. Attendance is crucial for this position. Experience with property management software is required. Employees must meet performance standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
