About Our Client: A leading entity in the commercial real estate sector, our client, a distinguished REIT organization, is in search of a Real Estate Services Administrator. Job Summary: The Real Estate Services Administrator will be tasked with providing outstanding customer service and administrative assistance. Responsibilities include overseeing building operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and engaging demeanor, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a keen analytical mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate is essential.
  • Personality: Candidates should exhibit a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Tenure: Proven stability in previous employment roles is necessary.
  • Adaptability: A solid understanding of work routines and standards, with the ability to adjust to evolving technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Intermediate problem-solving abilities, capable of evaluating and selecting solutions independently.
  • Communication: Must be adept at conveying detailed and complex information clearly and succinctly to team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and a proactive inquisitive approach are essential.
