Job Overview

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Supervisor to become a part of our dedicated team. We are in search of a proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills and experience in property management and maintenance to manage the daily functions of our properties.

Position Summary: The Assistant Property Supervisor/Leasing Consultant supports the community manager by ensuring the upkeep of the assigned property and executing all related management tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating leasing and marketing initiatives, approving move-in documentation, encouraging lease renewals, fostering resident relations, team collaboration, and any additional responsibilities assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor.

Employment Type: Part-time

Work Hours: 20 to 25 hours weekly

Compensation: $19 per hour plus rental bonuses

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • Proven experience as a leasing consultant
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and leasing practices
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Experience in marketing vacant properties
  • Ability to host open house events
  • Conduct rental verifications and reference checks
  • Provide comprehensive information about properties (expansion, zoning, crime rates, etc.)
  • Negotiate leasing terms with Supervisor's approval
  • Discuss lease agreements with tenants upon Supervisor's approval
  • Present properties and amenities creatively
  • Capable of handling confidential information
  • Stay updated on property market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
