Job Overview:

The Strategic Partner Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key channel partners and resellers in the security industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with key channel partners and resellers.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Program Development: Design and implement partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives, to drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in channel/partner management, sales, or a similar role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and the dynamics of reseller relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner enablement strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
