About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team at UCLA Health. In this role, you will be responsible for executing HR initiatives developed by the HRBP leadership, including delivering training sessions, launching new programs, and monitoring goals and metrics.

As a key member of our HR team, your responsibilities will include conducting department-specific training sessions, advising on hiring practices, and understanding business unit operations to support HR processes.

The position also involves counseling employees on work-related issues, coordinating exit and stay interviews, and providing feedback to management.

You will support departments in administering HR policies and programs, advising on job descriptions, compensation, and executing HR recommendations based on data trends.

In addition, you will assist with complex reorganizations and staffing objectives, and participate in process improvement efforts for maintaining employee information.

This role requires strong analytical skills to conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and resolve complex issues.

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated progression in areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procedures and practices that govern HR administration, preferably in a university or health care environment
  • Advanced analytical skills to conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with department staff, managers, and colleagues
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,200-$158,800 Annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
