Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other food-service associates.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, and inform the Executive Chef of any shortages or issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
