Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team at J C Beach Haven Tavern LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our classic Jersey Shore cuisine and seafood specialties.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Manage food and labor costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a skilled and dedicated kitchen team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior chef or sous chef role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
