Beach Club Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the Beach Club restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility of all culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation for restaurant, banquets, and special events
  • Provide training and supervision to kitchen staff
  • Participate in cooking and food preparation
  • Support the Culinary Intern Program

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience or culinary leadership
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
