Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the Beach Club restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility of all culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Assist with menu planning and preparation for restaurant, banquets, and special events
- Provide training and supervision to kitchen staff
- Participate in cooking and food preparation
- Support the Culinary Intern Program
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience or culinary leadership
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
