Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Spanish Customer Service Representative to provide assistance to members regarding their healthcare benefits. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess prior experience in a call center setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
- Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, Medicare, claims, plan options, and billing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with our commitment to outstanding client relations.
- Address and resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to provide accurate solutions and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, within the operational hours of 7 AM to 9 PM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in Spanish with at least 2 years of experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21 to $23, based on experience and qualifications.
