Position Overview:

- The primary responsibility involves managing incoming inquiries from homeowners related to mortgage concerns.

- The goal is to achieve a resolution for the customer during the initial contact.

- Inquiries may include topics such as payment processing, address modifications, account password resets, and more.

- A significant portion of calls will focus on monthly payment assistance or addressing general inquiries, alongside proactive outreach to clients who have outstanding payments.

- Additionally, calls may involve questions regarding escrow adjustments and other mortgage-related inquiries.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

- A minimum of one year of experience in a contact center environment.

- A history of tenure in previous roles, ideally with over two years in past positions, as this is a long-term opportunity.

- Comfort with technology, including multitasking across various screens and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

- A confident demeanor when discussing financial matters with clients.

- A strong customer service orientation, prioritizing the needs of the customer rather than focusing solely on collections.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in mortgage services or related fields.
