Chief Executive Officer

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Executives Unlimited Inc is a prominent manufacturer specializing in ERW tubes, catering to diverse sectors such as Waste Heat Recovery, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Pulp and Paper, Food Manufacturing, Refinery, Boiler, and Utility industries.


OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

The organization is in search of a Chief Executive Officer as part of a succession strategy to collaborate closely with the current CEO in preparation for his forthcoming retirement.

The CEO will take charge of daily operations encompassing Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

This role involves overseeing the operational management with a focus on enhancing sales, boosting profitability, and diversifying market reach while ensuring quality, safety, and employee satisfaction are upheld.

The CEO will partner with the team to formulate the Company's growth strategy and uphold and enrich the organizational culture.

The CEO will supervise 5 direct reports and will report directly to the CEO, maintaining a close relationship with the private equity team.

MAJOR ISSUES/

GOALS:

Clearly define organizational objectives and align the team to ensure everyone understands their roles and how success will be evaluated.

Provide mentorship and leadership throughout the organization.


Deliver daily sales leadership and management that aligns with the core values of the organization while driving new business development, nurturing existing customer relationships, and fostering sales growth for sustained long-term profitability.

Achieving profitable top-line growth is a critical aspect of success in this position. The ideal candidate must possess the capability to build a high-caliber sales force/function effectively.


Collaborate with the management team to oversee existing practices and implement new best practices as necessary to guarantee seamless and cost-effective execution across all operations.


Regularly report to Private Equity leadership and the Board of Directors regarding the operational status of the organization, along with significant activities and strategic plans.


SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with recent roles as a CEO or COO in an industrial manufacturing environment of at least $20MM.

Experience in the heat exchanger/boiler sectors is highly advantageous. Must have experience with OEMs and product sales through distributors. Experience with private equity is preferred.


Must demonstrate strong execution capabilities with proven experience in implementing and managing business processes within a closely held entrepreneurial setting.


Must possess the ability to analyze financial reports, identify trends, and define growth opportunities for presentation to the Board of Directors.


Must have a strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer management and the ability to maintain open lines of communication with customers and vendors.


Willingness to lead by example, clearly articulate goals, provide direction, and offer support to executive management, direct reports, and general staff.

Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Must be self-driven and self-motivated.

Must be results-oriented and hands-on, with well-developed interpersonal and team-building skills.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering are preferred. An MBA is a plus.

LOCATION:
Must be willing to relocate.

TRAVEL:
Approximately 25-30%.
