This role will oversee the development of a new state-of-the-art facility, designed to enhance our capacity to serve the community effectively. This facility will incorporate advanced features aimed at improving patient care and will be strategically located to facilitate access to comprehensive mental health services.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in mental health services, including program management and development, or relevant administrative experience within a mental health organization
  • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preference may be extended to candidates with licensure in a recognized behavioral health field

  • Candidates must be prepared to undertake any job-related travel typically associated with this role.
