Mental Health Association Oklahoma (MHAOK) is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in promoting mental health, preventing mental disorders, and achieving victory over mental illness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing executive management of program delivery, resource development, external collaboration, finance, and budgeting, as well as governmental affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
  • Develop and implement effective programs and services to promote mental health and prevent mental disorders
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, service providers, partner agencies, and funders to foster the agency's mission
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the organization's budget and financial plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five to ten years of senior managerial experience leading a large, complex organization
  • Knowledge of and experience dealing with professional and governmental regulatory, accrediting, and licensing agencies
  • Affiliation with and leadership in local, state, or national professional associations and continuing education
What We Offer

Mental Health Association Oklahoma offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
