Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership and Training:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the sales skills of team members.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in sales techniques and performance.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategies:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Use data insights to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve overall efficiency.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
    • Hold sales team members accountable to not only KPI's, and sales goals but meeting and building relationships with centers of influence.
  • Digital and Online Marketing Management:
    • Oversee the agency's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
    • Help oversee content creation, including SEO influenced topics, scripts, etc.
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team.
    • Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burdens.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales role preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive sales and operational improvements.
  • Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
