Position Overview:

The Records Management Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of records across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, enter, review, and verify employee record data.
  • Assess compliance of records across various systems.
  • Advocate for and educate stakeholders on the benefits of compliance measures; motivate responsible parties to implement necessary adjustments.
  • Manage the uploading and downloading of information across different systems.
  • Keep various systems/files updated, which may include client systems.
  • Produce timely reports according to established schedules.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing changes to enhance productivity and service efficiency.
  • Enforce Sizemore's policies and procedures as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of full-time experience in human resources, electronic records management, data entry, or compliance is required. Relevant education may substitute for experience.
  • Experience in handling and maintaining confidential information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and service through appropriate conduct.
  • Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy when interacting with others.
  • Exhibit initiative and sound judgment in evaluating situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, comprehend detailed instructions, and process information accurately.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Environment:

  • Most work will be conducted in a climate-controlled office.
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Minimal travel to client locations.
