Sales Director

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients to maximize profit.
- Utilize sales calls, prospecting, and client hosting to secure new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to retain and grow business.
- Review and analyze sales performance on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- General knowledge of contract laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Opera Sales and Catering a plus.
