About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at AlphaGraphics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the Account Executive in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure that all clients have a positive customer experience.
  • Consult with customers to help them make decisions, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and capture customer specifics using job analysis questions.
  • Create job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented, and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy.
  • Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints and display necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.
  • Assist in updating the mailing list database, assist sales rep functions and inside production when requested, follow up and manage inbound leads, and follow up on targeted direct mail or local shop mailings.
  • Show proficiency in regular use of CRM tools and effectively manage all communication methods currently available to respond timely to customer inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Project management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Possesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
  • Handles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent writing and verbal skills, and professional appearance and decorum.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
