Regional Sales Director

Danfoss LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join its Food Retail business segment. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth and expansion.
- Develop new business at existing key accounts and non-Danfoss accounts in their designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships at C-suite level with existing and new key accounts.
- Participate in monthly business dialogue meetings and communicate internally with stakeholders on business requirements for growth.
- Develop and maintain Danfoss' value proposition and manage P&L at key accounts.
- Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience.
- More than five years of sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and C-Level management experience.
- Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries.
- Capacity to work with and through others in a matrixed organization.
- Salesforce or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
