Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to spearhead our account management division within Ad Hock, Visa's internal creative agency. This role is pivotal in bridging the Ad Hock creative team with our esteemed clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture client relationships, providing strategic insights and proactive communication.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects and foster organic growth within current accounts.
- Supervise the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with operational teams to manage financial processes, including statements of work, budget oversight, revenue tracking, and internal reporting.
- Direct the strategy, planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of client initiatives to ensure objectives are met.
- Mentor and guide junior account personnel as the team expands, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Work in tandem with internal teams and external partners across creative, media, production, research, and analytics to provide innovative solutions.

Performance Monitoring
- Assess and report on the performance and impact of campaigns, delivering regular insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovations relevant to the client's sector.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring employees to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general expectation of being present in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
- Preferred: 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years with an Advanced Degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
- Proven experience as an account manager or director in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding client relationships, delivering strategic and creative solutions, and overseeing budgets and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.

Additional Information
This position may require travel 5-10% of the time and will be performed in an office setting, necessitating the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment.
