Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Account Management to join our team in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large strategic accounts and establish strong relationships with customers to achieve maximum advantage for the company.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to improve quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
  • Guide quarterly financial planning process with sites and hold up orgs.
  • Comprehend P&L and Balance Sheet on levers to improve.
  • Set goals for specific accounts and controls.
  • Price business in line with segment goals.
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate multiple sites and functions to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Own results of Sales, Profit, and Inventory.
  • Relationship management with customers at executive/resolution-making levels.
  • Close all commercial negotiations and client pricing changes, including recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs.
  • Manage contract renewals, changes, and maintenance.
  • Accountable for delivery on Customer Satisfaction and Viewpoint scoring across all sites.
  • Improve communication and drive best practices across multi-sites.
  • Ensure all client programs execute to contract, hitting key KPIs.
  • Control tracking risks on the business and report to Flex accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing a P&L.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales/account or program management experience.
  • Experience with consumer electronics customer base.
  • Demonstrates expert operations, technical, and people/process skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Electronic Manufacturing Business and Operations.
  • Experience working with a global team and customer.

Preferred Experiences:
  • Fluency with Spanish Language.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
