Job Summary

  • Engage with existing and prospective clients to advocate and sell Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) products while achieving sales objectives.
  • Execute effective sales tactics, deliver product demonstrations, and instruct clients on appropriate product application.
  • Remain knowledgeable about Terumo's and competitors' offerings, attend procedures, and cultivate robust customer relationships.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, ensure adherence to quality standards, and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
  1. Field-based position necessitating regular travel using personal vehicle and occasional overnight stays.
  2. Frequent visits to healthcare facilities, compliance with credentialing policies, and ability to operate in clinical environments.
  3. Capability to comprehend and discuss intricate medical procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
  • Strong presentation and customer service abilities, with a knack for engaging in technical discussions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, understanding of human anatomy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Represent Terumo with professionalism and adopt a solutions-oriented sales methodology.
Qualifications/Background Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Device Sales required, preferably in Cath Lab and/or Operating Room sales.
  • Demonstrated history of sales success, ideally with exposure to endovascular or operating room environments.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation with active vehicle insurance are essential.
