Overview:

The main objective of this position is to guide, support, and cultivate a group of external sales experts to achieve sales and profitability targets for Lowe's by enhancing wallet share with current clients and securing new accounts. The Regional Sales Team Leader will establish connections and possess a thorough understanding of the needs of Pro Customers to ensure their team consistently delivers value, increases sales, and provides outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure consistent year-over-year sales growth by identifying opportunities to enhance Lowe's Pro Sales influence, leveraging market and territory prospects by leading a team of external sales representatives through effective coaching, training, and development of sales skills.


• Propel the assigned sales team to meet financial objectives for designated clients.


• Inspire, engage, and motivate a team of external sales professionals to achieve their maximum potential.


• Exhibit and implement effective sales coaching practices.


• Oversee team activities and customer accounts through effective CRM management.


• Attract, recruit, select, nurture, and retain external sales talent.


• Track progress towards goals for all performance metrics.


• Conduct portfolio assessments and joint sales visits to observe sales interactions and provide constructive feedback.


• Collaborate with external sales professionals to formulate and execute impactful sales strategies to identify and address significant opportunities for assigned clients.


• Analyze data trends related to business and personnel/productivity performance to implement changes that positively influence business outcomes.


• Foster effective communication with both internal and external partners/customers by developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships as well as strong connections with clients.


• Manage tasks related to sales reporting and driving team performance, including but not limited to expense oversight and weekly sales summaries.

Minimum Qualifications:


• High School Diploma or GED.


• 5 Years of experience in Outside Sales Management in a leadership role.


• 3 Years of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• 3 Years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
