**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Work closely with our sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize market data and dealership information to build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Use software to confirm and offer appraisal amounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set customer appointments for vehicle appraisal and purchase, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

**Requirements**

  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
  • Internet and computer savvy, with experience using software and technology to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
