Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Club Pilates. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new membership sales and retaining current members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Studio Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive new membership sales and retention.
- Build relationships with potential and current members to understand their fitness goals and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members.
- Stay up-to-date on Club Pilates' products and services to effectively communicate their value to members.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the studio.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Basic knowledge of Pilates and its benefits.
